Allan has more than 25 years’ experience in the authorised corporate director (ACD) sector. Sharing the overall responsibilities of the CEO role with Martin Ratcliffe, Allan has a particular focus on ensuring IFS provides fund governance services of the very highest quality. He joined the Marlborough Group in 1997 and has held a succession of key positions covering all areas of fund operations, fund governance, compliance and risk. In addition to his role as Co-CEO of IFS, Allan is an Executive Director on the board of the Marlborough Group.
