Katherine is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Investment Fund Services. Previously, she was CEO of The Bank of New York Mellon International for four years and prior to that held several other senior leadership roles within The Bank of New York Mellon (BNYM), including both local and global roles. She sat on various Boards as a Non-Executive Director for BNYM and has a strong background in European Board governance and regulatory requirements. Prior to joining
