Tobias co-manages our Global SmallCap fund with Simon Wood. He has more than 20 years’ investment experience. Tobias is a graduate of Edinburgh University. He worked as a fund manager running global equity strategies at Newton Investment Management before joining Barings, where he was second in command of the global small and mid-cap team. In 2017, he joined Australian asset manager Ausbil, which is today the appointed sub-investment manager for our Global SmallCap fund.
